Getting things 2quared in your team
Tired of settling problems your team could solve without you?
If you’ve come to this site, you’re likely frustrated with the way your team is working together. It’s sapping everyone’s energy.
Coaching2quared sessions will improve your team’s performance exponentially.
Without true collaboration, your people may feel that they need protocols and processes because they don’t get along with each other. Or they fall into the habit of escalating problems to you. Silos get hardened as a result.
A pattern we often see in this environment is that team members oscillate between firefighting, compromising, and protecting turf – instead of progressing on the team task.
Siloes are an inevitable part of teams and organizations. They result from dividing and clarifying responsibilities. But they carry a frustrating dark side when they become too rigid: misalignment, tribalism, and lack of communication follows. We can’t eliminate siloes, but we can help you overcome the disconnect to get better team performance – exponentially better.
Does this sound familiar?
Maybe you have considered coaching. A problem with one-on-one coaching is that it amplifies the siloes because you’re working through a problem from only one leader’s perspective. On the other hand, a problem with traditional team coaching is that the entire team needs to engage in the session, taking the attention away from the daily work.
We’ve lived in these dynamics. We developed a remedy.
We’ve learned through corporate experience, research, and consulting practice what it takes to bridge the divide and tap into hidden sources of team energy. We developed a technique to do just that, called Coaching 2quared.
Coaching 2quared™ is a proprietary technique during which two professional coaches work with an intact leadership team. In a series of coaching sessions, the two coaches are paired with two members of the leadership team at a time aimed at solving a pressing business problem. This unique setup creates a solution incubator.
Our design achieves three goals at once:
Leaders make tangible progress in solving their pressing business problem
Team members gain greater self-awareness
We reduce the silo effect by creating strong and lasting professional bonds

I’m David Wexley, a leadership consultant, author, coach, and facilitator. The focus of my work is helping people strengthen how they lead so they can produce tangible results for their teams and organizations. With nearly 30 years in business strategy, organizational development, and management consulting, I have seen that leadership improves most effectively when people can reflect on what they are doing, experiment with practical changes, and learn from what happens.
What I care about most is creating a fear-free place where leaders can be candid about what is not working, particularly when they feel stuck or uncertain about how to move forward. Rather than searching for one dramatic solution, we identify small leadership improvements that can be tested immediately and refined over time. These changes accumulate to generate positive effects on performance, relationships, and outcomes.
My perspective has been shaped by a multicultural work spanning six continents. I began my career with global consulting firms, including Booz Allen Hamilton and Siemens Management Consulting, before moving into senior leadership roles at Siemens. Today, I work with leaders and teams in Fortune 500, S&P 500, FTSE 100, and entrepreneurial organizations across a wide range of industries. My diverse experience has taught me to help leaders adapt their approach to different cultures, organizational dynamics, and business demands.
My work draws on experience as both a management consultant and a senior business leader, together with studies in business, international relations, organizational change, and behavioral science. I hold an MBA from Columbia Business School, a master’s from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD. I am also a co-author of Working Scared: Blueprints for Employees and Leaders to Succeed During Turbulent Times. I combine evidence-based ideas with practical experience, warmth, challenge, and humor.

I’m Tünde Horvath, Master Certified Leadership and Team Coach. Over 25 years and 7,000 hours of coaching leaders, I've paid attention to two things at once. One part of me is listening to the story a leader is telling me. Another part is watching how their energy flows, or gets held back, which tells me a lot about the patterns that make up their presence and the ways they connect to others.
What I care about most is helping people feel more grounded by reclaiming parts of themselves they had to shut down in order to succeed, and use their inner compass to navigate in-between territory.
I trained as a Gestalt therapist and hold an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD. My work draws on different schools of psychology, Taoist philosophy, and mythological storytelling.
